Within 24 to 48 hours of your completing an application for a Onebanc mortgage which you qualify for, we can provide you with a written commitment for your mortgage. (This is subject to a final appraisal on your purchased home.)
You'll then have the confidence, and the existing homeowner will know that your mortgage needs have already been provided for.
